District Council Meeting
We will be focusing on current issues and concerns in the District so we need your reports prior to the event so a package can be prepared for those in attendance. In order for everyone to be fully prepared for the November District Council meeting, please forward your report to Ariane by February 1 or before. All reports received, and the agenda, will be emailed to Council members during the week before the meeting, Please confirm with Ariane your attendance or non-attendance. This is your opportunity to provide input to help shape the direction of our efforts.
For the Assistant Governors and Committee Chairs, we will be asking you to share issues for your region or committee at the meeting. The overview of the happenings with your clubs/committees will be in the written report for members to read at their leisure.
Council Members who have additional topics to add to the agenda, please forward them to Governor Arnold by February 1 so they can be reviewed for inclusion.
Coffee and muffins will be available upon arrival at 8:30; lunch will be served at or about noon.
Our goal for the day is to focus on the challenges and ways to address them. Also, there are key issues within the district that require the input of senior leaders. You are our district leaders and we want to hear your input and have your assistance to ensure a successful year. See you on the 6th of February!
