Mark your calendars to travel to Kingston on April 25, 2026, for a full day of Rotary fellowship, learning and fun at The Ambassador Conference Centre at the Hilton DoubleTree and Home2Suites (formerly known as The Ambassador Hotel). For those who are staying a night or two, the weekend will include optional and social events on Friday, an off-site welcome reception. On Sunday, try a Friendly Pickleball game (for the Foundation).
Read on for the latest developments and ways that you can help make it a fantastic time together!
IS IT A ONE-DAY CONFERENCE?
Technically, yes. The conference content - all speakers, general sessions, breakouts, and traditions like the Parade of Flags and Memorial Service - will all take place on Saturday. Even a fun early morning wake-up session in the pool!
However, on Friday, there will be options for a bus tour of Kingston, including an opportunity to be up close with an Iron Lung (Polio), A tour of a BCG (Youth programming), a Monarch Butterfly movie and more.
The District meeting is late Friday afternoon, and a Welcome Reception. Sunday morning, for those who wish to start early and extend the fun, there is “Fun Pickleball for the Foundation!” Stay tuned for how to register for optional events.
Members can take advantage of incredibly low room rates (just CAD$179/night+taxes/fees) until March 23. This is especially helpful for anyone who has enough of a commute that would make one day just too long for comfort.
Things we're excited about:
- The amazing, engaging, informative & inspiring lineup of WORLD-CLASS speakers
- Go red for polio and wear red on Saturday - all dress codes welcome from “End Polio Now” tees to ball gowns.
- Great space for connecting in our House of Friendship, where clubs can showcase their service projects, and committees will offer valuable information
- Free parking and EV charging
