Friday

DG Teresa Whitmore welcomes all Rotary members, family and friends to joins us for the weekend and, when we say DENIM and Diamonds, we mean it!  No suits, cocktail dresses, sports jackets and ties or high heels required!
Get to know our Zone’s current RI Board member, Chris Etienne, as she joins us for the weekend.

Catch up on District goings-on and then you’re off to dinner-on-your-own at a variety of eateries just down the street from the Infinity Center and the Hampton Inn.  You’ll get a choice of establishments offering us discounts or other special offerings for our dining pleasure that evening.

Saturday

Chris Etienne, our Zone's current RI Board member, will join us all of our Saturday events.  In the morning and at lunch, she will update us on what is happening at the RI level and what’s to come in 25-26.

Richard Kyte will discuss ideas regarding CONNECTIONS as featured in his article in the August Rotary magazine on Saturday morning.  We will interact with him as he speaks about making your Club one of the Third Place locations in your community where you and your members can build stronger connections and a higher attraction value for people looking to break the loneliness and isolation feeling so many are experiencing since the pandemic.

Shab El Awar, who has extensive experience in International Service, will inspire us at Saturday's lunch.  He will tell his Rotary Moments experienced through global service projects and how easy it is to become engaged making an IMPACT in the world, your club and yourself.  Become passionate about Rotary while you enjoy our time breaking bread together.

You won’t have to fight LUNCH COMA at this Conference!  We’re going to keep you up and moving around experiencing our District’s ACTION Plan as you help mold what you, your Club and our District will look forward to beginning 1 July.

Join a special LINE DANCING session for 30-minutes before relaxing in your room for a bit.  You’ll be able to kick up your heels after dinner with the best of them!

‘Magic’ will be happening throughout the Conference on Saturday afternoon!   And watch as a special original piece of art is created as events unfold all day on Saturday – you can own it yourself, if you attend the Saturday Night Dinner!

Our HOUSE of FRIENDSHIP will be open Friday afternoon and all day on Saturday, closing at 5pm.  Get ideas for YOUR club and see how you can integrate into the Action Plan.

Our SILENT AUCTION will begin Friday afternoon, too, as members bring their items in by 3pm.  You can get a glimpse online ahead of time – all proceeds will again go to The Rotary Foundation.

An invitation-only RECEPTION for all Major Donors as well as Legacy donors (Benefactors and Bequest Donors as well as Endowed Funds) will be held immediately prior to our GOVERNOR’S BANQUET which will include line dancing and more after dessert.
