Originally, we had calculated that if everyone participated, we would be putting about $80,000 into food banks across the district. That is the amount mentioned in the article below. The cost to the district would have been about $40,000. We did not quite make that, but I am happy to announce that we spent $18,660 CAD, meaning that altogether we put $37,320 CAD into food banks across the district.
